Kualifikasi :
Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of proven experience in HRD/GA or a similar role.
Have excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations,
Experience in performance management, benefits administration, and training.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
